The Cornell Board of Trustees elected the following faculty members in the College of Engineering to positions with indefinite tenure at its Jan. 29 meeting:
Sandip Tiwari, research staff member and manager, IBM T.J. Watson Research Center, was elected professor, School of Electrical Engineering, effective with his appointment. He will assume his new post March 1.
Charles Greene, associate professor, Department of Geological Sciences, was elected associate professor, effective Feb. 1.
