| Professor Emeritus Arch T. Dotson and 15 fellows from the Cornell Institute for Public Affairs visited Mexico City during spring break in March at the invitation of the Mexican legislature. Fellows had four different meetings with five Mexican senators and three deputies and enhanced their understanding of the country's political system and exchanged ideas on various issues.
