Martin Rama, left, of the World Bank, and Alajandro Chafuen, of Atlas Research Foundation, join a panel March 31 in Sage Hall during the conference "Decentralization, Privatization and Free Trade in Latin America: Politics and Economics In Sync or on a Collision Course?" organized by the Cornell Institute for Public Affairs, the Latin American Studies Program, the Latin American Business Association (a student organization in the Johnson Graduate School of Management) and many campus co-sponsors.
