As part of its "Amazing Marcello" series, Cornell Cinema will screen Argentinian director Maria Luisa Bemberg's 1994 film "I Don't Want to Talk About It," starring Marcello Mastroianni. Mastroianni plays an aging Italian heartbreaker who makes waves in a small Argentine town in the 1940s when he becomes involved with a 15-year-old dwarf whose mother refuses to acknowledge her condition. The film will be shown Friday, July 28, at 7:15 p.m., and Monday, July 31, at 9:35 p.m.

* Fall registration: Registration is in the Field House, Monday, Aug. 21, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. for new students and 1-4:30 p.m. for continuing students with "holds." All new students must go to the Field House. Unregistered continuing students can clear bursar holds by going to the Field House, 1-4:30 p.m. For other holds, go to the office where the hold was placed, then go to the Field House. * Partial tuition fellowship: Self-supporting doctoral students are eligible for partial tuition fellowships if they entered the doctoral program in spring 1995 or earlier, have six semesters registered in the Graduate School and have passed the A-Exam. Completed applications are due at the Graduate Fellowship Office, 155 Caldwell Hall, by Aug. 25 for the fall 2000 semester.
* Travel grants: Conference transportation grant applications are due at the Graduate Fellowship Office, Caldwell Hall, by Aug. 1 for September conferences. Late applications are not considered. Awards are given to registered graduate students invited to present papers or posters.
