| Cornell officials and visiting administrators from Northwest Sci-Tech University of Agriculture and Forestry in Yangling, Shaanxi Province, China, signed a cooperation agreement Aug. 11 to promote mutual understanding and scientific cooperation between the two universities. The agreement will lead to joint research projects and scientific events and exchange of publications, educational materials and academic staff and students.
