| Four-legged guests, Amber and Cheyenne, provided a canine cameo at the June 1 groundbreaking ceremony for the newest addition to Cornell's Baker Institute for Animal Health. Pictured with owner Lincoln Adams, laboratory technician at the institute, the dogs helped loosen the dirt for the humans responsible for the ceremonial first dig, including Provost Biddy Martin and Veterinary College Dean Donald Smith. The target completion date for the new $12.5 million facility is the fall of 2002. To track the building's progress, visit the Baker Institute at http://bakerinstitute.vet.cornell.edu.
