At the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City Feb. 21, Sarah Hughes, 16, celebrates winning the gold medal in women's figure skating with her parents, Cornell alumni John Hughes '70, MBA '71, J.D. '74, who was the captain of the 1970 undefeated NCAA champion Big Red hockey team, and Amy Pastarnack Hughes '71, MBA '74.
