Steven Mutkoski, left, the Banfi Vintner Professor of Wine Education at the Hotel School, and Patty Mutkowski, right, manager of a wines education firm, congratulate Jesse Fox '02 on winning the R.C. Kopf Student Achievement Award. The award, presented Friday, April 5, as part of the Hotel Ezra Cornell awards banquet, comes with a $10,000 honorarium and a study tour of winemaking in California, France and Italy.
Friday's HEC banquet dessert choices included warm Meyer lemon pudding cake and chocolate torte with dark chocolate ganache.
