Voting recently was held to elect student, employee and alumni representatives to the 42 member Cornell Board of Trustees. Cornell is one of the few universities in the country with student, faculty and employee representatives as full voting members of its board.
·In the five-way student-elected trustee race, held April 2, the winner was Ifunanya (Funa) Maduka '04, Arts and Sciences. A member of this year's Student Assembly, Maduka was elected with 1,119 out of 2,192 votes cast.
·In the six-way employee-elected trustee race, held between March 25 and April 5 with Hare system voting, the winner was Michael Esposito, with 1,092 out of 2,175 votes cast. Esposito is a past Employee Assembly and University Assembly chair.

·In the five-way alumni-elected trustee race, in which two members were elected by mail-in vote, the winners were C. Morton Bishop, B.S. '74, and Robert S. Harrison, A.B. '76.
