A group of graduate students and two faculty from UPR's Escuela de Planificación (Graduate School of Planning) were visiting campus for a week to conclude a joint workshop-course with the Department of City and Regional Planning. The class proposed activities that will help revitalize the community of Rio Piedras by creating a Community Resource Center.
