Summer Session
* Classical concerts are offered Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. in the Kiplinger Theatre of the Schwartz Center for the Performing Arts. Free tickets (four per person) are required for all classical concerts and are available beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the lobby of the Kiplinger Theatre on the day of the performance.
July 16: Richard Shuster, assistant professor of piano at Ithaca College, gives a brief lecture and a recital titled "Claude Debussy: Painter of Music."
July 23: Cornell faculty member Jim Self will give a lecture-performance that shows excerpts from the award-winning cult classic cine-dance Beehive and explains the concepts underlying his ongoing project, Book of Self.
* Outdoor concerts are offered Fridays at 7:30 p.m. on the Arts Quad. Rain location is Uris Hall Auditorium.
July 12: The Lonesome Road Ramblers will perform traditional bluegrass.
July 19: The Millennium New Orleans Jazz Band will play Dixieland jazz.
Cornell Business & Technology Park
The Cornell Business and Technology Park is sponsoring a free outdoor concert featuring Samite of Uganda July 12 at 7 p.m. Bring lawn chairs, blankets and picnic baskets. Free parking.
Bound for Glory

July 21: Kevin So will perform.
Bound for Glory is broadcast Sunday from 8 to 11 p.m. from the Café at Anabel Taylor Hall, with live sets at 8:30, 9:30 and 10:30 p.m. Admission is free; kids are welcome. Listen to Bound for Glory on WVBR-FM, 93.5 and 105.5.
