There will be a memorial service for ILR Professor Jennie Farley on Monday, Sept. 23, at 4:30 p.m. in Call Alumni Auditorium of Kennedy Hall. A reception will follow in the foyer after the service. The Department of Physics and the Laboratory for Elementary-Particle Physics will hold a memorial celebration of the life of Emeritus Professor of Physics Boyce McDaniel on Saturday, Sept. 21. The commemoration will begin at 2 p.m. in the North Campus Appel Commons 3rd Floor Multipurpose Room. A reception will follow from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Family and Children's Services of Ithaca, 204 N. Cayuga St., Ithaca, N.Y. 14850.
