Assistant professor of law

Academic focus: Constitutional law, especially separation of powers and federalism; statutory interpretation; administrative law; criminal law; and immigration law. Publications
include articles in the Yale Law Journal and
the Southern California Law Review.
Previous position: Law clerk to Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg,
U.S. Supreme Court. Clerked for Judge Betty Fletcher,
U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

Columbia University School of Law, 1998; Richard Hofstadter

David Muller
Associate professor, applied and engineering physics.
College: Engineering
Academic focus: Atomic resolution electron spectroscopy and
microscopy, and researching novel nanoscale materials properties.

Madeleine (Mellie) Pullman
Associate professor, hospitality, facilities and operations
College: School of Hotel Administration
Academic focus: Teaching and research interests are in service operations management, entertainment and experience service design, international operations,
operations/marketing interdisciplinary research, simulation and conjoint analysis research methods.
Previous position: Assistant professor, Department of Management, Colorado State
University.
