Abolition is the focus

Reading the Emancipation Proclamation, 1864, an engraving by J.W. Watts, is part of the Kroch Library exhibition "I Will Be Heard: Abolition in America." As part of the exhibit, a discussion of texts by Frederick Douglass and James Shannon will be held today, Sept. 18, at 2 p.m. in the library's lecture room.
