CAPE Meeting
The Cornell Association of Professors Emeriti will hold its spring meeting today, May 20, at 1:30 p.m. in the Boyce Thompson Institute Auditorium. In addition to the meeting, Per Pinstrup Andersen, the H.E. Babcock Professor of Food, Nutrition and Public Policy, will speak on "Combining Policy and Research to Achieve the Millennium Development Goal for Hunger Alleviation: Can the Goal Be Achieved?" Etchings

The exhibition "Small Worlds: The Etchings of Jacques Callot and Stefano Della Bella" is on view at the Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art through June 13. These artists were two of the most prolific chroniclers of life in the first half of the European 17th century. Callot, whose 1622 etching "Les Gueux (Beggars)" is shown here, was a great technical innovator who produced more than 1,400 etchings, often in almost microscopic detail.
