The Employee Assembly is sponsoring a forum open to all Cornell employees on Wednesday, Jan. 29, from noon to 2 p.m. in Bailey Hall.
A panel of senior administrators will answer questions and discuss the university's financial situation, the challenges they see coming, where Project 2000 fits in and what advice they have for those who are concerned about being prepared for the future.
On hand to share their views will be President Hunter Rawlings, Provost Don Randel, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Fred Rogers, Associate Vice President for University Human Resource Services Mary George Opperman and Project 2000 Director Jack Freeman.
Special bus service to the forum, free for all employees, will be provided in a continuous loop from East Hill Plaza to the Vet School to Bailey Hall from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Those who want to submit questions confidentially for the forum can send them by e-mail to emp-assembly@cornell.edu. For logistical questions, contact Melissa Purvis at 255-3773.
