David B. Lipsky, former dean of the School of Industrial and Labor
Relations, is given a resolution from the New York State Senate by state Sen. James
J. Lack at a Statler Ballroom reception Jan. 20 honoring Lipksy's eight
years of service as dean. Lipsky stepped down from the post Jan. 15 to return
to the faculty and direct the ILR School's Institute on Conflict Resolution.
