Hotel School students prepare place settings for the April 4 "A Signature Year" dinner in Banfi's at the Statler Hotel. Students took over operation of the hotel, renamed Hotel Ezra Cornell for the weekend, and hosted hotel industry executives taking part in the 72-year-old Cornell tradition.
