Nimat Hafez Barazangi, a visiting fellow with the Women's Studies Program and author of Islamic Identity and the Struggle for Justice, will make a presentation titled "American Muslims: Our Role in Domestic Issues" at the American Muslim Council's national convention in Crystal City, Va., April 25 -- 27. The theme of the weekend convention is "Muslim America: Becoming a Political Reality," and the keynote speaker is U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine K. Albright.
