Meditation sessions: University Health Services sponsors free open meditation sessions Wednesdays from 5 to 5:45 p.m. in the Founder's Room, Anabel Taylor Hall. Health educator Nanci Rose leads each session and offers guidance to beginning as well as experienced meditators. Rose also leads a free monthly meditation group sponsored by the Wellness Program the second Thursday of the month from 8 to 8:45 a.m. in the second floor exercise room at Schoellkopf Hall.
