"The Resort Industry at the Millennium" will be the subject of a conference Jan. 30 at the School of Hotel Administration. The conference, which is free and open to the public, will run from 1 to 4:30 p.m. in Alice Statler Auditorium.
Executives from Carefree Resorts of Carefree, Ariz., Resorts Condominium International of Indianapolis and Vistana Resorts of Orlando, Fla., will discuss the major issues facing the resort industry, such as capital availability and government regulation.
The conference is sponsored by the American Resort Development Association-Cornell Affiliates and is part of the Hotel School's 75th anniversary celebration.
