Dean of Students John L. Ford is given a sobriety test by Cornell Police Senior Investigator Scott Hamilton during a presentation for Alcohol Awareness Week in Noyes Center Oct. 21. Associate Judicial Administrator Linda Falkson also volunteered to be tested for the program, held in conjunction with the First Year Residential Experience. The administrators were asked to begin drinking wine about an hour before the program and then were tested by Hamilton, who gave audience members a step-by-step description of the test, as well as information on the illegal alcohol market and the toughening of drunk-driving laws.
