First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton and state Assemblyman Marty Luster (D-125) listen to Moncrieff Cochran, Cornell professor of human development, who joined a Greater Ithaca Activities Center panel on child care and after-school issues. Among other members on the panel was Carmel Orenstein, a working mother who is with the Cornell Program on Breast Cancer and Environmental Risk Factors in New York State.
