University Registrar to move: The Office of the University Registrar will be moving from 222 Day Hall to B-07 Day Hall (formerly Payroll). The move tentatively is planned for the fall semester. Renovations to prepare the space are under way. More details will be provided when the official move date has been set. Until that time, please continue to direct all customers to the 222 Day Hall location. Space food testers: Omnivores are needed for space food research. Panelists (especially male) are needed for taste-testing to select foods for astronauts for future lunar and Martian space colonies. Panelists should be 30 to 50 years old and have no food allergies. There will be a commitment to attend a weekly, one-hour taste-testing session during the lunch hour for a four- to six-month period. Compensation will be made. The location is 426 Martha Van Rensselaer Hall, starting in August. Golfing for basketball: The Cornell women's basketball team is having a "fan-raiser" golf outing at the university's Robert Trent Jones Golf Course on Saturday, Sept. 19. Women's basketball alumnae, their families and friends are being invited, and the event also is open to faculty and staff. The participation cost is $100 per golfer, which includes lunch, dinner, golf cart and awards. For more information on signing up for the outing, call 255-7331.
