U.S. Rep. Maurice Hinchey gives Sibley talk on Sept. 4

U.S. Rep. Maurice Hinchey (D-26th Dist.) will be speaking at the Cornell Department of City and Regional Planning's colloquium lecture Sept. 4 between 12:15 and 1:25 p.m. in 157 E. Sibley Hall.

Hinchey's talk is free and open to the public. His topic is "Urban Policy: The View From Washington."

The congressman also will be giving an informal discussion on community and rural development in New York state later that day to a group of 20 Cornell faculty and academic staff members with shared interests linked to community and rural development in the state.
