Lincoln Hall access: Despite construction at Lincoln Hall, classes, rehearsals, the ticket office, the Music Library and music department offices remain open as usual. Use the entrances on the Arts Quad to enter the building; entrances on the East Avenue side are closed.
EZ-Remote modem move: To provide faster, more reliable service, CIT's Network and Computing Systems has converted and moved 92 modems from the old 254-6000 modem pool to the new 56K pool (254-5600). However, EZ-Remote/high subscribers who still use the 254-6000 number will find it much harder to get a connection, especially in the evening. For optimal service, subscribers should use the 56K pool (254-5600). To switch, subscribers will need to change some software on their computers and possibly on their modems. See http://www.cit.cornell.edu/cit-pubs/ezr/56k.html, or call the HelpDesk at 255-8990.
