Benefiting Special Olympics

Members of Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity and Delta Phi Epsilon sorority held their eighth annual charity concert on campus last fall to benefit the Special Olympics of Tompkins County. And on May 13, they presented a check for $6,500 to representatives of the Special Olympics and received recognition certificates in the president's office in Day Hall. At the ceremony, from left, are Megan Alvarez and Danielle Rothman from Delta Phi Epsilon; Special Olympians Keith Robins and Shalina Labar; Dick Krizek, treasurer of the Special Olympics of Tompkins County; Henrik N. Dullea, Cornell vice president for university relations, representing President Hunter Rawlings; and Keith Schutsky, Kevin Scharpenberg, Evan Glisson and Marc Perlman of Tau Kappa Epsilon.
