Cornell offers distance learning classes this fall

Are you a non-matriculated student? Too busy to make it to class? Now, you can have the class come to you.

People interested in learning something new or advancing their professional skills now can study virtually anytime and anywhere thanks to distance learning courses offered through Cornell's School of Continuing Education and Summer Sessions. This fall, the school is offering several distance learning courses including:

These courses may include a web-based component, video tapes, e-mail sessions with faculty and/or CD-ROMs. Tuition is $625 per credit. Registration ends Sept. 3.

In addition, the School of Continuing Education is pleased to work with corporations, institutions, agencies and other groups to arrange for courses to be offered through distance learning. Possible topics include negotiations, communications, managerial market strategies, writing and applied engineering.
