A different kind of traffic ticket

Cornell police officer Ray Price hands out a complimentary ticket to the Sept. 25 Cornell-Yale football game to a driver on West Avenue on Sept. 23. The Cornell Police conducted "Click It or Ticket" checkpoints last week, handing out citations to people not wearing their seatbelts -- and giving out complimentary tickets to the Cornell-Yale game to those who were buckled up.
