Steve Worona, assistant to the vice president for information technologies and co-director of the Cornell Computer Policy and Law Program, was the keynote speaker at the 21st annual constitutional conference sponsored by the St. Louis chapter of the American Jewish Congress and the School of Law of Washington University. The title of the conference, held March 14 on the Washington University campus, was "Cyberspace and the Constitution: Free Speech and Privacy in the Electronic Age." Worona delivered the Je-rome W. Sidel Memorial Lecture, discussing legal issues surrounding computer-based communication and the possible role of government in regulating cyberspace.
