The March 2 episode of All Things Equal featured Tammy Baker and Natalya Cowilich, Community Outreach Workers for Family and Children’s Services of Ithaca. They discussed their downtown outreach work that connects disadvantaged populations with services addressing short- and long-term challenges and opportunities.
