"Poem in Your Pocket" is an all-day gathering, now in its fifth year, held in Bryant Park to celebrate National Poetry Month. Scheduled for April 27 at 10 a.m., the event will bring together guest poets from the Academy of American Poets (AAP), City University of New York, New York Scores and Urban Word NYC as well as Cornell, to present their works onstage.

Cornell is co-sponsoring the event, which is organized by the New York City Department of Education in collaboration with the Office of the Mayor and its Department of Cultural Affairs. Other co-sponsors include The New York Times and the AAP.
