Update Members of the Cornell Urban Scholars program (CUSP) will meet with staff from the New York City Center for Economic Opportunity (CEO) July 24. CEO was developed by Mayor Michael Bloomberg to develop innovative ways to address poverty in New York City. CUSP supports the efforts of New York City nonprofit organizations and government agencies to eliminate poverty.
