CU in the City: New York City events

Event Recap

Why do fathers of girls invest their finances differently than fathers of boys or mothers of either?

Professor Vicki Bogan presented her hypothesis to New York City media at the April 28 Inside Cornell luncheon. Journalists from Forbes, National Public Radio, Associated Press and Ladies Home Journal met at the ILR Conference Center to hear Bogan, assistant professor of applied economics and management, discuss financial decision making and why, particularly in uncertain economic times, the fiscal choices people make are so important to understand. See Bogan discuss this issue: http://www.cornell.edu/video; search "Bogan."
