December 2009

From Orientation to Dragon Day to Slope Day and Commencement, university photographers have gathered their favorite images of Cornell people, places and traditions for 2009. Enjoy the slide show, and have a safe and happy holiday.
In a recent message, Provost Kent Fuchs gave his perspective on the academic task force reports. He said, "In all cases, I have sought to respect the need to accord individual academic units an appropriate degree of autonomy, while at the same time ensuring that all such decisions support and advance the overall strength of the university."
