Helping faculty use technology in teaching
In college, just like K-12, the students often know more about computers than the teachers. So the Student Technology Assistant Program employs students to help faculty deploy modern technology in their classrooms. Faculty and instructors can visit the Academic Technology Centers in the Computing and Communications Center and in Simpson Hall, or phone 255-9760 to arrange for an appointment for one-on-one assistance in the teacher's office.
